Things have cooled on the hill this afternoon and snow has started to fall. With the front winds have increased. Bass and Village remain operating but the remainder are on hold, while the system passes. Stay tuned for more updates as the snow falls.

High cloud and moderate but gusty north westerly winds. Good visibility and 4.1 degrees and a softening cover of snow. Lifts today, Bass, Village, Summit Bass Village, Summit, Fannies, Bills on standby.

ROAD CONDITIONS – Road open and clear to the village. ALL vehicles proceeding past the park registration area must carry chains and fit them where directed. Drive to the conditions and keep a sensible distance between cars. Please follow the directions of the Parks Rangers. If you are driving a car you not only need to have chains, you need to know how to fit them and how to drive your car whist they are on. For more information on chains visit the snowsafe website!
ANNOUNCEMENTS: have you competed in the Chinese downhill before? Next Saturday from the Giblin peak at the close of lifts the Chinese Downhill will be run. More information as its available this week!
