De-icing work means the 3 front slope tows will be operating today (Village, Bass and Summit) and work on the back slopes tows begins – with a chance that Fannie’s is operating this afternoon.
Ben Lomond Snow Sports cafe will be open for hot food and drinks and equipment hire and instruction.
CAR PARK – Parks have done a good job with the Village car park cleared and in good shape. Shuttle buses are operating.
ROAD CONDITIONS – Ben Lomond road is open and condition is good – although gets icy on the plateau. ALL VEHICLES must carry chains above the shuttle pickup at the park entry. If you are driving a car you not only need to have chains, you need to know how to fit them and how to drive your car whist they are on. For more information on chains visit the snowsafe website
