PWS UPDATE.SNOW HAS FALLEN DOWN TO JUST BELOW THE CAMP GROUNDS, SNOW WILL DISSIPATE QUICKLY UP TO THE LADDER. SNOW AND ICE OVER ROAD. GRADER WILL BE OPERATING FROM APPROX 0830HRS TO MAINTAIN ROAD CONDITOONS AS FURTHER SNOWFALLS ARE PREDICTED THROUGHOUT THE DAY. JACOBS LADDER WILL BE CLOSED WHILST GRADER CLEARS ROAD. ALL VEHICLES TO FIT CHAINS ESPECIALLY THOSE WANTING TO LEAVE THE VILLAGE EARLY. PLEASE RESPECT THE GRADER OPERATOR AND REMAIN CALM. STILL BEAUTIFUL UP HERE.

Alpine Enterprises have advised they are working on deicing this morning and will assess conditions through the day to determine if snow has fallen enouh to run lifts. Wi dy conditions mean that snow had fallen in drifts on most runs.

Current conditions are windy with westerly winds of 20 to 30 knots (40 to 60km) and approximately 150 metres visabiliy on the slopes. Check the web cams for latest shots of conditions.
