Good evening snow followers. Its all systems go on the mountain, Subject to the continuing moderation of strong winds Alpine enterprises have advised that they are planning to operate two lifts tomorrow, Bass first up and Village late morning. The current cover has filled in on the front and back slopes following continued strong winds. The back slopes are looking better but still need further snowfalls to be able to open.
Tomorrow the weather is expected to moderate and be once of the best days for riding the slopes this week. The BOM have forecast for snowfalls to commence again from Wednesday through to the weekend and snow experts are forecasting over 20cm. Winds are forecast to strengthen again from Wednesday and remain strong through the week to the weekend. check out our weather page for more information.
