Great conditions have developed with more snow through today and next week setting Ben Lomond up for a winter party heading into the final weeks of July. Lodge members, business owners and snow bunnies young and old will be doing their snow dance at the prospect of getting up to their favourite Tassie stomping ground for their snow fix at the next opportunity.
For those people venturing to the mountain and asking about lifts and what’s happening, the BLC will be aiming to keep you updated in many ways. Regular posts on the website and social media will be a core part of how you can stay up to date. In addition we will be speaking regularly with scheduled chats with ABC Tas on Friday evenings soon after 5:30 as the weekend approaches.

Looking into the weather forecast. Snow to low levels is forecast through the week on and off which should help improve the snow base across the back slopes further and hopefully be enough to commence more lift operations. Snow goers were lucky to get a late afternoon ride of the Alpine Enterprises Bass poma today after crews finished deicing works.
